In a speech on April 3, DNR Commissioner Dan Sullivan talked about Alaska Governor Sean Parnell's goal to have 1 million barrels of oil down the Trans-Alaska Pipeline within ten years. In the video clip below, Sullivan notes that while the governor's goal is ambitious, it is achievable - but it will require meaningful tax reform and cooperation with the federal government. Sullivan also referred to debate going on in Juneau at the time as a "weird focus on how low can we go."
